Melted Lenses 7-Day Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

At Melted Lenses, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Sunglasses must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine, unworn condition.

  • The Certificate of Warranty (authentication card) must be included with the return.

  • Returns initiated after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Exchange & Store Credit Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned sunglasses to confirm they meet the above conditions, you may choose:

    • An exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability), or

    • Store credit for the value of the returned item.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the return.

Shipping Fees & Additional Charges

  • The client is responsible for all return shipping fees and any unforeseen charges, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

  • Failure to include the Certificate of Warranty (authentication card) will result in the return being denied.

  • Melted Lenses reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

Melted Lenses Shipping Liability & Custom Fees

 

Once an order has been shipped, Melted Lenses is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery that may occur during transit. All shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the selected carrier.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Melted Lenses is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing.


Melted Lenses Warranty Statement

At Melted Lenses, we are committed to providing you with high-quality luxury eyewear. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturer defects.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship

If, after investigation, your sunglasses qualify under this warranty, they will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer at no cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Mishandling or improper care

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please present your Certificate of Warranty for authentication of purchase. Without this certificate, claims cannot be processed.
